This traditional Arabic pea soup with meat and potatoes is prepared using a meat broth, enhanced with sautéed vegetables and tomato puree. The dish results in a rich and aromatic flavor, perfectly suited for a hearty meal.

Prepare broth from meat seared without fat, then strain it. Add sorted and rinsed peas to the strained broth and cook until partially tender. Then add diced potatoes and bring to a boil. Incorporate shredded and sautéed onion, as well as sautéed tomato puree, then cook the soup until fully done. When serving, add minced garlic and sprinkle with herbs. Place 2 pieces of meat in each serving bowl.
