Chinese fish soup is prepared with fish meatballs and glass bean noodles.
How to prepare Chinese fish soup:1. Soak the noodles in hot water until soft. Mince the fish fillet in a food processor or pass it through a meat grinder. Add 4 tablespoons of water, season the fish mince with salt and pepper to taste. Incorporate rice flour into the mince, mix well, and form small balls.2. In a pot, bring the broth to a boil, add soy sauce to taste. Place the fish meatballs into the boiling broth and cook for about 5 minutes. Add chopped mustard greens, and cook the soup for about 1 more minute.3. Divide the cooked noodles among 6 serving plates. Remove the meatballs from the pot and place them on top of the noodles, then pour the broth over. Garnish the Chinese fish soup with green onions, chili pepper, and cilantro. Serve the fish soup immediately.
