Cream of Eggplant and Tomato Soup

We offer you a Hungarian-style bean soup, perfect for fasting days. To simplify preparation, you can use ready-made canned beans instead of dried ones, which require overnight soaking.
You can use dried beans, soaking them overnight beforehand, but to simplify the process, you can use ready-made canned beans.
Grate the onion and sauté it in oil.
Add the shredded cabbage and pour in one liter of water.
Add tomato paste and cook until the cabbage is tender.
Transfer the beans to the pot.
Bring to a boil. Add salt.
Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the flour for about one minute. Add the paprika, stir immediately to prevent the paprika from burning.
Add the sautéed mixture to the soup and bring to a boil again.
