A simple and nutritious milk soup with peas (or beans/pearl barley). Pre-soaked peas are cooked until tender, then milk and butter are added. Ideal for a light lunch or dinner.
Place pre-soaked peas (you can use white beans or pearl barley instead of peas) into boiling water and cook until tender. Then pour in milk, season with salt, and bring to a boil. Serve with butter.
