Traditional and rich Nukhod Shurpa is prepared with meat, pre-soaked chickpeas, fresh vegetables, and spices, making it a hearty and flavorful dish.

Wash the meat, cut it into small pieces, and place it in a pot. Add chickpeas, pre-soaked in water for 12 hours, along with peeled and chopped onion and carrot. Cover with water, season with salt, and cook for 40 minutes. 15 minutes before the end of cooking, add peeled and diced potatoes and spices to the soup. Garnish the finished dish with chopped dill and cilantro before serving.
