"Garlic" Okroshka

A piquant okroshka, perfectly suited for a hot summer day.

Instructions

Prepare all necessary ingredients.

Wash the bell pepper, remove seeds, and chop finely.

Wash and finely chop the tomatoes.

Also, wash and finely chop the cucumbers.

Finely chop the lettuce.

Crush the garlic using a garlic press, mix it with mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Hard-boil the eggs (cover with cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes). Peel the eggs and cut them into wedges. Set aside a few wedges for garnish, and finely chop the rest.

Combine all chopped vegetables and eggs. Add the prepared dressing and mix thoroughly.

Pour kefir over the mixture.

Mix well. Garnish with hard-boiled egg wedges or finely chopped parsley. The okroshka should be very thick.
