1. In a large pot, combine corn, broth, vinegar, sugar, tomato paste, tomatoes, beans, and hot sauce (if desired).2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 6 minutes.3. Meanwhile, debone the cooked chicken and shred the meat into small pieces.
