A delicate, aromatic soup with melted cheese and chicken. Even if your family members aren't fond of soups, this chicken soup with cheese and pasta is sure to be a hit.
Instructions
The preparation of the soup begins with making chicken broth. Once the broth is ready, remove the chicken from the pot and separate the meat from the bones. Return the cooked meat pieces to the pot.
Next, add the peeled and diced (into sticks) potatoes to the broth.
While the potatoes are cooking, quickly grate the carrot, finely dice the onion, and slice the bell pepper into half-rings. Heat a frying pan, add oil, and sauté the vegetables until completely soft.
Once the sautéed vegetables are ready, add them to the broth with the potatoes. Stir in any pasta.
Dice the processed cheese. Add to the pot with the soup.
Simmer the chicken soup with cheese for just another 5-7 minutes, until all the cheese has melted and all ingredients are cooked through. (For aroma, you can add a bay leaf and remove it after two minutes.)
The melted cheese and chicken soup is ready. Enjoy your meal!
