For lunch, we recommend a rich soup with peas and beef, prepared from tender meat.

Prepare the ingredients for the beef and pea soup.
How to prepare beef and pea soup: Rinse the peas and soak them in warm water for 2 hours.
Wash the meat, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil (skimming off any foam). Cook over low heat, covered, until done (60-90 minutes).
Remove the meat. Bring the broth to a boil, add the peas, and cook for 30 minutes.
Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes.
Peel, wash the carrots, and grate them on a coarse grater. Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion.
Wash the tomato, blanch with boiling water, peel off the skin, and cut into small pieces.
Add the potatoes to the pot and cook for another 20 minutes.
Cut the beef into cubes.
Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Add the onion and carrots to the hot oil. Sauté the onion with carrots over medium heat, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
Add the meat to the broth.
Then add the sautéed vegetables.
Next, add the prepared tomato.
Salt and pepper the soup, and cook for 10 minutes.
The beef and pea soup is ready.
Wash and finely chop the parsley.
Serve the ready beef and pea soup into bowls, sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
